Charmed

Hear now the words of the witches,

The secrets we hid in the night,

The oldest of gods are invoked now,

The great work of magic is sought.

In the night and in this hour,

I called upon the ancient power,

Bring your powers to we sisters three.

We want the power.

Give us the power.

With this incantation so begins the 'Charmed' lives of the three Halliwell sisters.

Possessing irresistible power is what some would call charmed. Others, perhaps, may call it a curse. The Halliwell sisters, Prue (Shannon Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs), and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), are the focus of the WB drama aptly titled 'Charmed'>. And, as such, these sisters find themselves both charmed and cursed by their fate. You see, the Halliwell sisters are witches who have reunited in the San Francisco home which has been in their family for generations. Each sister has her own magical ability. Prue has the power to move objects. Piper can stop time. Phoebe can see into the future. Together they are know as 'the charmed ones' and will protect the innocent at all costs. Now, I find them all appealing and alluring in their magical ways. But, for moi, I gravitate to Phoebe who can see into the future and yet lives in the present with abandon. She is the one always open to new ideas and adventures and has a very 'devil may care' attitude. That's my kinda gal!! Because 'Charmed' is such a new series, it has not yet developed the great following of it's sister WB show, 'Buffy, The Vampire Slayer'. So, scoot yourselves off and watch it - after, of course, you have taken some time to peruse this page and go check out the link below. Enjoy!
